Ingredients

(Makes 7 servings)

  • 4 bananas, ripe-ish
  • 2 cups raw oats (rolled or sprouted)
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • Optional toppings: bananas, blueberries, raspberries, oranges—your choice!

Instructions

1. Blend the Batter:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Cook the Pancakes:

  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
